I asked for a detailed report and inspection, the laptop was returned with the report and although there were a couple of grammatical errors the report in itself was what I had hoped for. After a couple of telephone calls and a resubmission of the report I now have in my possession a report which I will be using in a dispute with HP. The computer itself has, as yet, not been repaired by TFix, but once the dispute with HP is over then I will endeavour to return the laptop to TFix for a full repair

Tfix breathed life back into my dead HP PAVILLION laptop which I had given up on . The laptop had been completely dead and would not even come on ! so I had to replaced it. Then i spotted Tfix's ad on EBAY . I contacted them they said bring it in, they diagnosed it ( TFix kept me informed on its progress by Email and text message witch I thought was very good indeed ) We agreed a repair price before the guys went ahead and within a week it was up and working fine and it still is.. Thank you Tfix .. Great Service
