How it all works

1. Select the device to repair

2. Select the repair needed

Once you have selected your device find the repair that matches the fault with your machine. If you cannot find a fault that matches yours, no need to panic! We will still be able to fix your device. Please select 'Free diagnostics' which will appear on every repair page.

3. Print packaging label

You must print off your order sheet and include it with the device otherwise we can't identify the owner of the device when we receive it.

4. Confirmation we have received your device

When we receive your device it will be booked to our repair system and allocated a reference number. Next it gets added to the queue of machines to be repaired (remember we repair devices on a first come first serve basis so at busy times such as Christmas please be patient), you will receive an automated email and an sms message. Your device will go through diagnostics to confirm the fault (this stage is completed within 24 hours). We will contact you if there will be any additional costs.

5. The repair is carried out

One of our highly skilled technicians will examine your device to determine the full extent of any damage and carry out any necessary repairs and order parts needed. If the device was sent to us for a free diagnostics, we find additional faults or the price changes for any reason the engineer will contact you prior to commencing repairs to seek your approval.

6. Payment for the repair

Once the repair is completed we will notify you. We accept all major credit cards over the phone as well as PayPal.

7. We post the device back to you

We return your device to you by a tracked next day service at the cost of £9.99. You can also pickup your device free from our laboratory.
