Once the chipset is lifted BGA is exposed and ready to be cleaned.

The chip and motherboard are cleaned from the old solder and prepared for reball.

The chip is then reballed using high quality solder and selection of fluxes.

The chip goes under Jovy Reworking Station and gets soldered back onto PCB.

Reballing/Reflowing will help to resolve issued like Display Freezes, Lines or artefacts on screen, No Video Issues, Overheating. All of our reballs come with 3 months warranty.

How much does it cost?

The price for GPU reball is £39.99. This includes taking apart the Graphics Card, professional component and airflow system cleaning, removing Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) chipset, reballing it using high quality solder and soldering it back onto the board, assembling the Graphics Card with thermal modifications to prevent overheating. Please note we can only test some graphics cards.
