How long does a repair take?

All repairs are usually completed within 3 - 5 working days. That means your item most likely will have to stay in the queue and await until the Engineer becomes available.

Does my repair come with warranty?

All repairs come with our standard 3 months warranty. All warranty repairs are subject to original Services Invoice. Once booked under warranty the diagnostics will provide a decision if the device qualifies for a free repair.

Where are you based?

The laboratory where all the repairs take place is located in Mitcham, South London. Please visit Contact page for more information.

What happens if you cannot repair my device?

In the rare cases when a device cannot be repaired you can collect the item free of charge from our laboratory or delivery can be arranged by us.

Do I have to pay anything if I don't want to go ahead with the repair?

All diagnostics and quotes come free of charge and if you don't want us to repair the device of the price is too high it can be collected free of charge or we can arrange it to be delivered.

I have a laptop which does not power on, can you repair it?

We can repair all problems related to electronics. We also have a direct supply for parts in Japan and China providing us with factory prices which we can forward to our customers.

How can I pay for the repair?

We accept all major credit/debit cards however the 4% charge is added to the initial price if payment by card is requested. PayPal invoices can be issued upon request. When paying by cheque the item will only be released once the cheque clears. Bank transfers or cash are also acceptable payment methods.

I run computer repair business and would like to use your services on regular basis, can you offer discounts?

We work with companies all over Europe and UK. Discount are available once you qualify for a business account meaning you have provided us with 5 successful repairs. Once business account is opened, discounts, bookings, tracking, price confirmations, pickups, credits can be arranged automatically within your business account.
