Deliveries Information

We use UPS, Royal Mail, City Link and Parcel Force to deliver packages to our customers.

Time frame

Next working day deliveries are available on orders when they meet criteria:
  • The repair/order is completed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the repair/order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.

  4. Confirmation we have received your device
  5. The repair is carried out
  6. Payment for the repair
  7. We post the device back to you
